Uploading and review
Every upload is checked before it can run. Most of it is automatic. Anything the check is not sure about goes to a human.
Updated
Uploading a creative
Upload in the dashboard under Content. You can do it before booking or after — a paid campaign waits for its creative and starts delivery once one is approved.
Pick the file
Image up to 20 MB, video up to 200 MB. The full list is in creative specs.
Crop if asked
2 %If the aspect ratio is off by more than 2 % from a known screen model, the app offers a crop. Take it.
Wait for the check
The automatic check runs right away. The creative shows its state in the content list.
The automatic check
- Model
- Gemini 3 Flash, called through the Vercel AI Gateway.
- Auto approval
- From 95 % confidence. Below that it goes to manual review.
- Behaviour when unsure
- Fail-closed. Anything not clearly recognised as harmless goes to a human instead of passing.
- Measured duration
- Image about 4 seconds, video about 20 to 30 seconds. Measured 13 July 2026.
- Video over 32 MB
- Not checked automatically. It goes straight to manual review.
Manual review has no fixed turnaround
We do not promise a review time, so do not plan a launch on one. Upload early, especially for a video over 32 MB or a topic from the manual list below.
What gets rejected
| Content | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Sexual content, violence, weapons, drugs, hate, illegal offers and fraud, tobacco, political advertising | Rejected automatically. |
| Alcohol, gambling, medicine, financial offers, dating, religion, children as the target group | Goes to manual review. |
| Poor image quality, does not look like an ad, anything doubtful | Goes to manual review. |
| Video over 32 MB | Skips the automatic check and goes to manual review. |
Manual review is not a rejection. It means a person looks at it before it runs.
After a rejection
- You get an email with the concrete reason.
- Fix the creative and upload it again. That is free and there is no limit on attempts.
- You do not need a new booking. The campaign you paid for stays.
- Days pass while the campaign has no approved creative. Those days are not moved to the end.
Time already played is not refunded
If a creative is deactivated after it has already run, the time it ran stays billed. Details in pricing and billing.
Upload your creative
Check the specs, then upload in the dashboard. Re-uploads are free.
