My screen says "under review". How long does that take?

It depends on the device type. Screens running through your own CMS wait for an admin to release them. Player screens are bookable in principle anyway — the status does not block them.

The screen is bookable but nothing is playing.

Check whether the device is online. A screen can be sellable and offline at the same time — the two are separate states.

I switched "bookable" off and campaigns are still running.

That switch only stops new sales. Campaigns already booked keep running. The emergency stop that halts playback is "device active", and administration operates it.

The pairing code is rejected.

Four things to check: the code has exactly 8 characters; it contains no 0, O, 1, I or L, because those are excluded; the screen you are pairing belongs to your own organisation; and that screen is not paired already.

No. The pairing code does not expire. If it is refused, the reason is one of the four above.

I unpaired a device by mistake.

Unpairing revokes the device credentials, so the device stops playing. Pair it again from the screen page.

Can I run two screens off one device?

Yes, through the output index. Each output pairs to its own screen.

My screen shows zero plays. Is it broken?

If it runs through your own CMS: no, that is normal. Nothing is measured there. On a player screen, zero plays points at the device being offline.

The screen was offline for two days. What did that cost me?

Plays do not arrive while a screen is offline, and no payout arises for that time. Get the device back online first, then look at the numbers.

My own content does not appear.

Check three fields: is the item active, is today inside its date range, and did it pass the automated check. Your content runs through the same review as an advertiser creative.

My video will not upload.

Check the size and the duration. Image up to 20 MB, video up to 200 MB, duration between 3 and 300 seconds.

The campaign ended and no money arrived.

Work through four causes: Stripe Connect onboarding not finished — the payout is skipped and catches up later; the own-invoice route selected — the payout waits for your invoice; an own-CMS screen where delivery is not confirmed yet under Fulfilment; or a voucher that brought the booking to €0, which produces no payout.

The amount is lower than I expected.

The basis is the net amount of the booking, in proportion to the payment actually received — not the gross price the advertiser saw. A cancelled or reversed booking adjusts the payout too.

Where is my monthly credit note?

It is created on the 2nd of the following month for the month before, in the number range `GS-YEAR-NNNNN`. The payouts themselves run per campaign, so the money can already be there before the document is.

Is there a minimum before you pay out?

No. There is no minimum payout amount.
