Promoter payouts
Payouts run over Stripe Connect Express. Finish the onboarding first — without it nothing is paid out.

Connect Stripe
Money moves through Stripe Connect Express. Stripe asks for your identity and bank details, not us.
Start the onboarding
Open the payout section in your promoter area and follow the Stripe flow.
Finish it
A started but unfinished onboarding does not count as connected. Commission keeps accruing, but nothing is transferred.
Open the Stripe dashboard
From your promoter area you reach the Stripe Express dashboard. Every transfer is listed there.
When you get paid
- Due date
- The day after the end of the campaign the commission belongs to.
- Execution
- A daily job pays out everything that is due.
- Minimum
- None. There is no minimum amount in the payout logic.
- Channel
- Stripe Connect Express to the account you connected.
Paid is not due
Commission is created when the booking is paid. It becomes payable one day after the campaign ends. Those are two different dates.
Why a payout is skipped
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| No Stripe account connected. | Finish the Stripe onboarding. The job picks the payout up on a later run. |
| The booking was cancelled or failed. | Nothing to do. No payment means no commission. |
| The campaign is still running. | Wait. Payout is due the day after it ends. |
