Register a screen
Registering a screen is a wizard. Name, address and orientation are mandatory. Everything else can follow later — but a screen without a photo sells worse.
Updated
The wizard
Go to the partner dashboard, open Screens, then Add screen. Player devices get an extra pairing step, which makes seven steps instead of six.
Device type
Step 1Pick Linux player, URL player or your own CMS. See setting up the device for the difference.
Pairing code
Step 2Player devices only. Read the 8-character code off the device and enter it. The URL player gets a playback URL instead. Your own CMS needs no pairing at all.
You can skip this and pair later from the screen page.
Screen details
Step 3Name and orientation are mandatory. Optional: description, resolution as
1080x1920, screen model, slot duration.Slot duration runs from 5 to 300 seconds. Default is 10.
Location
Step 4Street, city, postcode and country are mandatory. Coordinates are optional.
Reach
Step 5Estimated daily reach. Optional. It is an estimate and is labelled as one — it is never a measured number.
Photos
Step 6Up to 10 photos, each as a secure URL. Not mandatory, but a screen without a photo sells worse.
Done
Step 7The screen is created and goes into review. See below for what that means for your device type.

| Estimated daily reach | No | Always labelled as an estimate. |
| Resolution | No | Format 1080x1920. |
| Screen model | No | Free text. |
| Slot duration | No | 5 to 300 seconds, default 10. |
| Coordinates | No | Places the screen on the map. |
| Photos | No | Up to 10, each a secure URL. |
Extra fields for your own CMS
If you run the screen through your own CMS, the wizard asks for a few more things. They tell the engine how much of your programme Adyoutiser actually gets.
- Confirmation that you operate the screen.
- Playout model: a fixed slot loop, a share of time, or something else.
- With a slot loop: the total number of slots and how many of them go to Adyoutiser.
- With a share of time: the percentage.
- Operating hours per day and days per week. The wizard starts at 06:00 to 22:00.
After you submit
The screen is created with the status under review. What that blocks depends on the device type.
- Player screens
- Bookable in principle right away. Delivery depends on whether the device is online.
- Own-CMS screens
- An admin releases them before they become bookable.
Add a photo
Advertisers pick screens from a list of cards. A card without a photo is the easiest one to skip.
