What this is about

This page explains in plain language which cookies and similar technologies we set, who runs them, what they do, where the data is processed and how long it's stored.

Nothing runs in the background that isn't listed here. If anything changes, you'll see the cookie banner again on your next visit.

Categories & providers

Necessary cookies are required for login, payment and security and can't be turned off. Optional categories (analytics, marketing, functional) are off by default and only load after you opt in.

US data transfer

Some providers (Google, Meta, Stripe, Clerk) process data in the United States. After the CJEU's „Schrems II" ruling, the US is not automatically considered a safe third country. We rely on:

  • Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent for optional cookies.
  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework — Google, Meta and Stripe are certified.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the EU Commission, where applicable.

What this means for you

US authorities can in individual cases request access to this data without you being notified. If you decline optional cookies, no analytics or marketing data is transferred to US providers.

Your controls

You have full control at any time:

  • Click „Cookie settings" in the footer — toggle each category individually.
  • „Reject all" on the banner — we load only strictly necessary cookies.
  • Email office@adyoutiser.com to withdraw consent — effective from receipt.
  • Clear cookies in your browser — you'll see the banner again on your next visit.

Browser settings

You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser. Vendor instructions:

Note: blocking all cookies will break login and payment.

Updates to this page

When we add new providers or remove existing ones, we update this page and re-trigger the cookie banner on your next visit. The date at the top is always the authoritative version.
