Why short notice is no problem
Classic outdoor advertising needs lead time: printing, a posting appointment, often two weeks or more. A digital screen does not. Your creative is uploaded, moderated in seconds and, after payment, in the next cycle at the screen. Because the minimum booking is 1 day, you can run it exactly when it counts — and not earlier.
When short-notice advertising pays off
- Opening: the days before day one — date, address, a reason to come by.
- Event: concert, market, open day — run until the event day.
- Sale & promo: a time-limited offer with a clear end date.
- Season: Christmas market, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, New Year’s Eve, terrace season.
Example: a café opening in Vienna
Worked example (not a real customer): A café opens on Saturday. You start on Wednesday on a nearby screen plus one on the Donaukanal for footfall. Your creative shows “Now open from Sat”, the address and a free opening coffee. Duration four days, morning focus. On Saturday evening you let the campaign expire. From €2 — you see the final price first.
