- Check if your card has sufficient balance.
- Make sure online payments are enabled on your card.
- Try a different payment method (another card or SEPA).
- Contact your bank if the transaction is repeatedly declined.

Content rejected
You received an email with the AI-generated rejection reason. Read it carefully — there is usually a clear rule violated.
- Read the rejection reason in the email.
- Adjust your creative accordingly (text, image, format).
- Re-upload the revised creative in your dashboard.
- No new booking needed — the existing one stays active.
- Unclear? Write us and we'll explain the reason.
Screen appears offline
A screen can temporarily go offline (maintenance, connection issue). This is not a booking error — broadcast time is automatically adjusted.
- Check the screen status in your dashboard under "My Campaigns".
- For a short outage (< 30 min): broadcast time is usually compensated automatically.
- For a longer outage: contact us — we'll check the status with the screen operator.
- We'll proactively notify you if a screen stays offline for longer.
Can't log in
Login issues are usually caused by stored sessions or browser caches.
- Try logging in from a private/incognito window.
- Clear browser cache and cookies for adyoutiser.com.
- Make sure you're using the correct email address.
- If you use Google login: ensure your Google account is active.
