When do companies book their Christmas party?

Earlier than most venues advertise. On 20 November 2025, more than a third of the surveyed Vienna venues were over 80 % booked. Start in mid-November and you compete for the last dates.

New Year's Eve 2026 is a Thursday. First Advent Sunday is 29 November, Christmas Eve is Thursday 24 December.

What belongs in a Christmas party offer?

• Group size: from how many to how many.
• Price per person: with or without drinks, stated clearly.
• Days and times: which weekdays are still open.
• Room: private room, separate area or part of the restaurant.
