Sliding scale based on how much of the content is yours. If WE supply all the content (default), you get 60%. 25% own content = 50%. 50% own = 40%. 75% own = 30%. 90% own = 25%. Most partners let us handle content and take the 60%. Share is calculated per day on gross revenue, ad tax is deducted before.
Then there's nothing to pay out — no risk for us or you. Premium locations (hotel lobby, harbor promenade) typically fill within 2–4 weeks. Standard locations ramp slower and get filled with house ads (your own content), so the screen is never black. You only have a loss if you bought hardware — the player works EU-wide for anything else.

Yes. In the dashboard you block categories — gambling, politics, tobacco, alcohol, direct competitors. 94% of content is checked by our AI automatically (brand safety, resolution, ToS). The rest we review by hand. If we're unsure, we ask you before anything lands on your screen.
Linux player draws ~10 watts — at 24/7 around €25–35 of electricity per year (depends on tariff). For a café screen at ~€60 net per month, that's roughly one cup of coffee in electricity per month. Negligible vs the revenue.
Monthly via Stripe Connect on the first business day of the following month. Example: ads run in May → payout hits your EU bank account on June 1. No minimum threshold, even €12 gets transferred. The 5% Austrian Werbeabgabe is deducted automatically before payout.
You can stop any day — no contract, no notice period. In the dashboard you pause or delete the screen. Bookings already paid for get delivered, those payouts come normally. After that, done, the player stays yours.
For regular income, yes — registering as side activity or business is enough. In Austria the side-activity threshold is €730/year. We help with setup and issue monthly invoices your accountant will accept. We're developers, not tax advisors — please confirm with yours.
For indoor screens (café, hotel lobby, barber): typically no. For shop window or outdoor-visible: depends on the district — in Vienna partially notifiable above 0.5 m². We check this with you before shipping hardware. Bratislava similar. You're never surprised.
Yes. In the dashboard you upload your own content (house ads) — runs whenever no paid ad is booked. Screen is never black and you use free inventory for your own promotions. If you bring more own content, your revenue share decreases per the sliding scale.
5 Mbit/s is enough. The player pre-downloads content and plays offline — brief WiFi outages don't matter. Heartbeat every 30 seconds so we know the screen is running. Mobile hotspot also works but is needlessly expensive.
Linux player has 24 months warranty (DE/AT/SK by law). On defect: send it back, get a new one, software config restored automatically. Out of warranty: buy a new player or switch to bring-your-own. Payouts pause during downtime — plays aren't billed when the screen is offline.
Every play, every cent — live in the dashboard. Server-signed. The log is the invoice — no need to trust anyone.
If no ads ran after 30 days and you stop, no loss — the Linux player works EU-wide (standard Linux).
