Every single play, logged by the player on the device — not extrapolated, not sampled. A screen runs around the clock on 10-second slots, which makes 8,640 plays per screen per day the maximum.
Before that date the same screens ran a different slot length. Applying today’s maximum to those days would produce a rate of 28 percent for April — not an outage, an arithmetic error against ourselves. Historical slot lengths are not stored, so the series starts where the maximum provably applies.
A day in progress is only about 40 percent delivered by midday. Inside a rate that looks like an outage. Only complete calendar days in Vienna time are counted.
Only our own live network. Screens played through an operator’s CMS produce no play logs — any rate there would be invented. Reach is also absent: it is estimated at every DOOH provider, ours included. What is measured is plays.
